2. What are Apollo Group's strengths? More importantly, what arc its current distinctive resources and competencies? What are the key areas of vulnerability?
3. What constitutes quality and performance in higher education? From whose perspective? Is there a market for "low quality" education, and does it serve a long-term purpose?
4. Should the management of the group remain centralized? Many decisions are taken centrally and then implemented locally. Is this a source of some underlying problems?
