I. Reflect on a collaborative discussion with a colleague who supported you in the implementation of an Individual Education Plan (IEP) activity. Use the following points as a guide and share the insights gained from discussing inclusion practices.
i. What was noticed during the activity about the focus child's participation, barriers and effectiveness of the strategies used?
ii. What considerations arose regarding other children in the activity?
iii. How did you arrive at a summary of the experience and plan for the next one?

II. Reflect on an interaction with a colleague at work and describe how you modelled consistency and, through your behaviour and interactions, supported them.
III. Critically reflect on how you collaborated with children in the service to support the implementation of your Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Support Plans and describe the following:
i. An example of how you coached a child to alter their responses and behaviour to be more inclusive and respectful.
ii. An example of how you helped children resolve a conflict respectfully and positively.
