Problem:
Using my overly empathetic emotions and different views of the world, view the video, "TEDx Talk: 'How Our Weaknesses Can Become Strengths, '" by David Rendall, pay attention to Rendall's key points, and respond with your insights. Take note of at least two key points in Rendall's TED talk. You are welcome to identify and respond to more as they strike you!
In one of your observations, please identify a specific "weakness" that you can reimagine as a strength under the right conditions. Reflect on the following:
What conditions are necessary to make your "weakness" into a strength?
What do you need to create these conditions? Need Assignment Help?
In your second observation, feel free to respond openly to the video. Here are a couple questions to inspire your thinking, though you are not required to answer them directly:
Do you agree with Rendall's argument? Why/why not?
How might Rendall's talk help you rethink your "inventory" of skills and resources for your Packing List assignment?
If you're stuck and don't know where to start, try completing the following observation stems:
"When I saw this, I felt like..."
"Watching this made me think about..."
"I've had a similar experience when I..."
"I have seen x happen at y..."
Anything similar to the above! Feel free to mix and match.
Format your points-and-observations as a numbered list.
