Problem
As the network administrator, you receive an incident where your customer is having a hard time getting to the webpage they need. You know that in this case it is NOT the firewall causing the issue so you want to do some DNS research to see if there is an issue with the DNS resolution. The customer has the URL, but not the IP address of that site. In order to look into your tool, what command would you use to find that IP address and what arguments/syntax would you use to find this for your customer?
