Write a 400-500 word recommendation that addresses two issues. First, Jose has asked, before evaluating the capital budgeting metrics, that you eliminate one of the choices based solely on your experience. What choice do you eliminate and what is the single main reason? Second, calculate the NPV, IRR and Payback for the remaining two choices. State which project to choose based on i) the capital budgeting numbers, ii) one additional financial reason for the choice you prefer, and iii) one key reason that argues against the choice you don't like.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
