Essay Problem
This 10 to 12 pages essay will ask you to answer one question; "What characteristics, traits, and/or approach are necessary to successfully lead an organization or team that operates on the U.S./Mexico border?" You will be graded on your ability to elaborate on key issues discussed throughout the semester, demonstrate ethical and effective leadership skills in your responses, and synthesize concepts with real world issues.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
