Have you ever worked or played online with someone to accomplish a goal? What was the goal? Did you ever meet them? If so, how did that go? If not, would you want to meet them? What changes after you have actually met and interacted personally with them? Now let us fast forward into your management career. Should you as a manager, encourage the personal interaction of team members? Specifically, should two people who share a job (each works 20 hours a week), get to know each other? Why or why not?
