In PMI's Enabling a Customer-Centric Experience through Project Management, the article notes that two companies from two different countries "decided to work together to exchange best practice industry methodologies, concepts, tools and techniques, while also better defining best practice portfolio management concepts, processes, and techniques" (para. 5). What challenges are presented by cross-cultural project work? Do you think their approach is the norm or the exception to cross-cultural partnerships? Explain your answer.
