What causes ethical failures? You are faced with this question after seeing the collapse certain multinational corporation that have been led by highly qualified individuals with a good number of years of experiences.
Required
Write a paper addressing the question posed above. You may choose any institution (profitable or non-profitable) as a case study.
Examine the ethical and legal issues that has been violated in these instances.
Note
1. Once you have identified an institution immediately inform me so that no two students are working on the same case.
2. Make sure that all materials that you have used are referenced.
3. There is no strict format of the paper but it should have;
a) Introduction.
b) Literature review.
c) References.
4. Plagiarism is an offence.
5. Ensure that the paper is set out with proper sections and paragraphs.
6. The paper should be typed.
