What carribean woman was referred to medical outpatients


Problem: A 60 year old Afro Carribean woman was referred to medical outpatients because of lethargy, fatigue and chronic backache.  The only abnormality found on physical examination was pallor.  Results from her CBC were:  WBC 5.0 x 10 power9/L, Hbg 9.5 g/dL, CV 95 fL, patelet count 120 x 10 power 9/l.  Biochemical screening showed:  total protein 84g/l (normal range 60-80 g/l), albumin 33 g/l (normal range 35-51 g/l), serum calcium 2.6 mmol/L, (normal range 2.15-2.55 mmol/L) creatinine 140 mmol/L (normal range 60-125 mmol/L What are the abnormalities in this case, diagnosis, list 2 tests confirming diagnosis, least 3 abnormalities that could have contributed to the elevated serum creatinine.
