Substance abuse is everywhere and effect everyone. Substances do not see race/ethncity, gender, income.....substances take over people.
• What substances are found more in your neighborhood, school, workplace, or on the news? If you are not sure then research drugs that are being used in Palm Beach County, Florida.
• What can we do to prevent substance use?
• Why do you think people abuse substances?
• How can substance use be related to culture?
Find a TedTalk, youtube video, or create your own short PSA on a substance and its effect on society or prevention measures.
