Assignment:
Do a web search to find a legal case involving an engineer or contractor ethical violation and discuss the situation and present the unethical behavior or action and the damage it did or could have caused.
Students shall research "bid shopping" and "bid depositories" and discuss their findings and the benefits and problems associated with each of these approaches on the Discussion Board.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
