What budgeting reforms and strategies for budgeting reform have been successful in other countries as measured by improved fiscal outcomes? What lessons do these experiences hold for the U.S.?
The paper should not be a regurgitation of our textbook, but rather it should discuss an issue in Cost Accounting and include your recommendation of how that issue should be resolved. In other words, you should present an original thesis and properly prove or disprove it.
The paper should be a minimum of 12 pages in length and should adhere to the Chicago Manual of Style for grammar and citations.
