III. Analysis of past and current policies in relation to the identified issue students will discuss the contribution of such policies in addressing the issue. Guiding questions include:
o What is the goal of the policy or policies?
o What benefit, resource or protection is offered by the policy?
o Who can access the benefit/resource/protection?
o Which individuals, organizations or coalitions might support the policy's implementation? Which might oppose the policy implementation?
o What is the main outcome of the policy?
