Question I
What behaviours do you use that demonstrate respect for others in the workplace? What do your working relationships look like a result of your behaviours? Be specific. Give examples and describe the results of your behaviours in the workplace.
Question II
In our class discussions, we identified elements in the workplace that 'cross the line'. Based on your own experiences, has your behaviour crossed the line with others in the workplace? Give an example and describe what you did (or did not do) to bring your own behaviour back into respect.
Question III
Have you observed or experienced others in the workplace 'crossing the line' into unacceptable behaviours towards others? Describe what you observed or experienced. Identify what processes or options were available in the workplace to provide resolution in this situation. If there were no processes or options available describe the impact on the workplace as a result.
