Pretend that you are a grant officer at a foundation that has just received this proposal. Imagine that you have a pile of 200 other grant proposals on your desk and that you can pick only 20 of them for funding. Answer the following questions with details.

2. What is missing from the proposal?

3. Would you fund it? Why or why not?
