Being an effective Nurse educator requires staying abreast of the scholarship of teaching and learning in your field. What aspects of teaching and learning in your field interest you most and what plans do you have for participating in scholarly activities in order to increase your own knowledge and make sure you are an active participant in your field. 2-3 references in about 400-500 words
