To participate in the discussion you should have completed the Moguls and Media Stereotypes section of the STARS AND STEREOTYPES Module (#2). The film CRASH was required viewing for this module.
In your post, NAME a theatrical feature film (not a TV series) that you have seen that has a media stereotype in it. IDENTIFY the character or role that is stereotyped. (This media stereotype may be positive or negative, but is essentially a one-dimensional character.) For example: "dumb blonde". Explain what aspect or tendencies of this character have been exaggerated, to the exclusion of others. (i.e. physical appearance, behaviors, speech etc.).
