Problem
First, briefly tell us what your topic is for your research design. This topic can have anything to do with US politics or International relations but it must be one of interest to political science. In addition to identifying your topic, tell us why you are interested in it and what you would like to discover through empirical research.
Second, consider the two Mueller articles assigned. They both analyze descriptive statistics (i.e., Vietnamese fatalities and USsupport for the war). What aspects of the factual analysis did you find most surprising/informative and what ones begged questions in your mind?
My topic is "effects that the media have on the political views of college students, or younger constituents in general".
