Find any example of an accident where someone was injured. This can be from any article, news event, an accident you recall from personal experience or that you heard about; or whatever. Post a paper that summarizes
(i) the facts you are aware of, and
(ii) the legal principles you think would apply to help settle this dispute.
Next, explain your thoughts and opinion as to how each party, both the plaintiff and defendant, would use litigation to win in court. Specifically, what discovery might be used by each party to investigate what facts? What arguments might the injured party make to establish liability? Does the person who allegedly caused the accident have any good arguments or defenses that he/she is not liable?
