Scenario
Your direct reports will soon be going through Emotional Intelligence training and all employees will then be asked to complete their annual review in a new format, as a personal development plan. You have been asked to complete this plan in the new format first before submitting it to your direct report manager. In completing your personal development plan you will focus on the areas of Emotional Intelligence for professional and personal development.
Instructions
Step A: Take this self-assessment.
Step B: Create a reflection document based on the self-assessment findings.
i. What are your areas of strength? What are your areas of weakness?
ii. What areas did you find most surprising, and why?
iii. What areas did you find least surprising, and why?
iv. What areas can you identify for professional growth and development? Support your answer with your findings.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
