You need to evaluate how effective a framework for change has been applied and write down your evaluation report here. Refer to Appendix 5 for evaluation strategies and evaluation process. One of the suggestions is Live for Life and New Youth Services to create committee to work together to reduce drug and alcohol issue among youth.
In the evaluation report, it need include:
Brief executive summary and acknowledgementso. Definition of key terms / concepts and list of abbreviationso. What area of health and concern you have about children and youth's substance use and how they relate to client rights and you will advocate.
