Reflect on the traits of leaders listed above and determine your leadership and management skills.
Then, answer the following questions:
• Do you have a good understanding of your personal strengths and weaknesses?
• What are your top three strengths and are you using them on a regular basis?
• Do you recognize your weaknesses and have you found a means of compensating for these?
• When dealing with colleagues are you honest and genuine and are you visible about your intentions and desires when dealing with these colleagues.
