Organizational cognitive neuroscience is the neuroscientific study of organizational behavior, which outlines the relationship between our minds and how we interact within organizations.
Based on your initial readings of this course during week one, what are your initial thoughts on how our minds impact organizational behavior and do you believe that neuroscience should be a more of a focal point within the study and implementation of organizational behavior strategies?
