Research Approaches: Author’s Life (Biographical Criticism)

3. Literary work: William Carlos Williams is a poet, essayist and short story writer
4. Have you read the work before? I only read the girl with a pimply face and the use of force. For this research im playing to read the practice
5. If so, what was your initial impression of it? As for the girl with a pimply face and the use of force I enjoyed reading both of his work. They both were easy to follow and captured my attention until the end.
6. Why did you pick this author? I picked William Carlos Williams because I liked his work also he was a physician that wrote most of his work from his practice and experience.
7. What are your initial impressions of the author? My initial impressions regarding the Author that he was a practicing physician and also a writer at the same time, he wrote most of his work about medicine and his personal experience.
8. What are your initial views of the assignment? I believe that I will learn more about William Carlos Williams regarding his personal life and work
9. What problems do you anticipate while working on this project? The problem that might anticipate regarding this research might be related to the analyses of the Authors work. Im planning to analyze the practice

another work.
Background:
An annotated bibliography is a list of the sources you have read while researching a topic along with a brief summary and evaluation following each. An annotated
bibliography helps organize your research efforts. It also proof that you have attempted a sufficient review of the topic.
The annotated bibliography will include all of the sources regardless of their inclusion in the final paper. As you are researching the topic, keep a list of sources
you read with a few notes for each. After you feel you have sufficiently researched the topic, rewrite those notes into a brief summary of each. Then assess each
source. Consider which of the sources will be useful for the final paper. Write this assessment as the last sentence to the summary, and you would have an annotated
bibliography.
