During the last two years and with lockdowns, online shopping or using e- commerce websites has been essential for many businesses to generate revenue/sales. Using the Zara & All Saints websites, answer the questions below. Please answer each question with both the Zara & All Saints websites.

5. On the product page of the black hoodie, which site presented the product information better? What did you like about how the product was presented?

6. Overall, what did you think of the Zara and All Saints websites? Which one was your favourite and why?
