Problem
I. Does the child receive care from adults other than parents? This could be a nanny, grandparent, aunt, etc..(I would ask this because this can indicate why a child may have a lot of separation anxiety at first when going to preschool. A child that has never been under the care of an adult outside of mom and dad may need more support during the transition to school.
II. What are your child's favorite activities and materials or toys? (I would ask this because it helps me get a better understanding of the child's interests and I can think of ways to incorporate it more in the classroom).
