Put together a portfolio in a stylized format with appropriate graphic elements and design so it is appealing and professional in appearance. You can use PowerPoint, Microsoft Sway, or any other document or graphical design tool you would like for portfolio.
Include content for your portfolio. What is your personal mission statement?
a) What are your core values?
b) What are your biggest strengths and skills?
c) What areas are you striving for improvement in and what steps are you taking to seek that improvement? What is your plan to continue that improvement going forward?
Put together a personal elevator speech.
How can you sell yourself? What do you do for the company? What value do you bring? Your speech should highlight you without being boastful and should be short enough that you could deliver it during an elevator ride.

Explain your thought process behind your portfolio. Why did you include the things you did, phrased the way they were? How did your mission statement and core values shape your elevator speech?
