Create six comments or questions that reflect the foundations of the theory that a counselor would say to a client in a therapeutic session.   •  You talked about experiencing rejection from your father, I would like you to relive these feelings of rejection as if it is happening now and talk to your father.
  •  Can you stay with that feeling of being scared and tell him what you think?
  •  What are you experiencing now?

  •  You say you feel angry, yet I experience you as aloof.
