1. Have you ever been responsible for realizing the benefits of your projects/programs?
2. Reflect on our current job or if you are unemployed consider your next career move. What are you doing today to get closer to that goal?
3. Draw a program roadmap. Who is the audience for your program roadmap? Does your program roadmap provide value to them?
4. Do you see yourself as an orchestra conductor? Why not?
