Task: The Value of Studying History.
Note the following points regarding the assignments:
1) Students are required to complete two assignments: a Preliminary Report on a topic and an Essay on the topic. First choose a topic from the list. Second, write the Preliminary Report on that topic and third, write the Essay.
2) The Essay must be from 2000 to 2500 words.
3) The written quality of the assignments is very important. Please emphasize spelling, punctuation, grammar, sentence structure and paragraphing.
4) The Essay must have an introduction, body and conclusion. What is the purpose or point of the paper? What are you attempting to show or prove? What is the paper's thesis or theme? The Essay must contain footnotes (endnotes) and a bibliography.
