What are would be considered a major effect from each and what type of treatment should they seek to correct it or minimize it? We also learned about the different types of muscle fibers and how each helps with a particular exercise. Which muscle fibers are affected when a person start dealing with diseases such as Parkinson Diseases or Muscular Dystrophy?
