You have now screened the Cocteau and Disney animated versions of the classic fairy tale, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Disney released a live action version of the film in 2017. 2017 version of Disney's Beauty and The Beast and write a 3 page reaction paper. This reaction paper should not only include a personal reaction to the latest iteration of the film, but compare and contrast aspects of the versions that may stick out to you. What are the tropes or fairy tale archetypes that are prevalent in these films? Do all the films fall into a stereotypical fairy tale formula in its representations of not only themes but of characters?
