One of the best traits of a leader is being able to recognize that there is always room for improvement. Change can be hard and sometimes even harder when we have to look to our own behaviors to make a change. Have you had a situation with a supervisor or co-worker that you wish you had handled differently? Based on what you have learned so far what are three strategies you would have implemented to address the situation and why?
