Now that you have analyzed your data and received feedback, it is time to write a current APA-style Results section describing the outcome of your study. This Results section will contain more information than most sections you have been writing in the course. Here are the required elements (also covered in the "Lab Project Overview and Instructions" document):
- Were the results significant or not? Include a statistical statement in current APA format.
- Do these results lead you to accept or reject the null hypothesis?
- What are the strengths and weaknesses of the statistical test that was used?
- What are the characteristics of the sample or the data collection method that should be taken into consideration when interpreting these results that you would mention briefly to the reader?
