General: Professional liability (Occurrence or claims-made, what is a tail?), Health/Life Insurance, Umbrella policy, Individual Malpractice Insurance: Additional coverage for self, do you need your own, do you need to add your collaborative, and will they do that and what is the fee, what about adding your corporation?
