1- In your opinion, what are the qualities of an ideal leader. Describe the five most important characteristics, competencies, skills and traits an ideal leader possesses and explain why?
2- Looking at the description of your ideal leader, where are you currently in your development in terms of these characteristics
3- What are the two areas of continuous improvement and how do you intend to work on those? Be specific and provide a specific list of action steps to improve your own leadership.
