Trebilcock, Howse & Eliason (2012) suggested that the remedies under the World Trade Organisation (WTO) Dispute Settlement Understanding (DSU) may not be adequate in some circumstances and reform of this area of law may be needed. Critique the above statement based on DSU.

2. You should also identify what are the problems of the remedies and conclude whether a reform is needed and if yes, in what way.
