Answer all the Feasibility Questions that pertain to the policy (if a question does not apply, mention this and provide rationale). can be written in narrative or bulleted format. 1. What are the resource, capacity, and technical needs developing, enacting, and implementing the policy?
2. How much time is needed for the policy to be enacted, implemented, and enforced?
