PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE LAB PAPER:

The assessment includes coronary heart disease risk factor analysis, a physical fitness evaluation, which includes estimated maximal oxygen uptake, blood pressure, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, and pulmonary function. Students will use the information to evaluate and make recommendations for personal health improvement in these areas.

Using the results from personal performance report from the physical performance lab. The paper will cover each of the questions listed below in paragraph form:

1. Total CHD risk score. What is it? What does positive and negative result mean? Why it would be happen?

2. Aerobic fitness(VO2max), Body composition, Grip strength, Systolic and Diastolic blood pressure etc, average(but, close to negative) What is it? What does positive and negative result mean? Why it would be happen?

3. What are some things that you might need to improve upon?

4. How does your current lifestyle contribute to the results you received?

1. Smoking.
2. illegal meal time(usually once per day, large amount.).
3. don’t consider nutrition.(often get fast food, and rarely get vegetable and fruits)

5. Realistically, what are some things you could change about your current lifestyle to reach a more optimal level of well-being?

1. Have to quit smoking cigarette. (smoke half pack per day)

2. Should get regular meal, nutrition. (usually get one meal(high amount) per day, and get meal without considering nutrition)

3.  Need steady exercise.
