You have been given a series of imagery and GIS map products, as well as other intelligence reports, signals intelligence (SIGINT) and human intelligence (HUMINT).

SIGINT Intercept (Notional - for Education Purposes Only) One week from the present date, a U.S. intelligence agency has intercepted a cell phone conversation between a number from a Somali area code, 252, to a person affiliated with the Al-Shabaab terrorist network. The conversation was focused on the transfer of more money to buy D.C. Metrorail tickets for a reconnaissance of the D.C Metro tunnel intersections, as well as sundry increases in their spending money.

An unnamed member of the Somali community in northern Virginia contacted the FBI with information about two Somali and three Libyan men who recently came from terrorist training camps in Somalia. The men were supposedly conducting surveillance on the D.C. Metrorail lines and two D.C. power plants. The informant had no information about when or exactly where they focused their work.
