Read this article "With Edible Nail Polish, KFC Has Taken 'Finger Lickin' Good' Where No One Expected" BY Julia Zorthian about KFC's new edible flavorful nail polished that were launched in HK market in 2016.
Interestingly, all the google search results do not have any follow up of this product. Personally, I have friends in HK who cannot find this product anymore. It is safe to conclude that it is a product failure. Feel free to do more research about this nail polish launch.
