They also conduct job analyses, labor needs and are responsible for recruiting job candidates. They are responsible for employee relations while providing incentives and benefits for employees. HR should be the center for making sure staff and line level managers are trained in the areas of equal opportunity and ethics as well as affirmative action. HR should be the example of the company's core values and vision statement. With out a good HR you have no backbone for the company.
