Assignment
When writing your annotated bibliography consider the following questions:
i. What is the purpose of the article? This is the hypothesis or the testable prediction.
ii. What is the most important information used to support the arguments (assertions)? This would be found in the results of the study. Just give the basic findings in your own words. Do not worry if you do not understand the stats or design, your job is to come up with the "gist" of the findings.
iii. What is the conclusion? In other words was the hypothesis supported or not?
iv. What are the logical implications of the results of the study? This is sometimes called the "significance" of the study.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
