Research the United Nations convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the evolution of Cyberlaw. In your paper, evaluate how these two sources of authority would affect your business if you were to be selling products on the Internet, which ship to a foreign country. Does your duty of "good faith," which was discussed in this week's forum, still hold when selling your products internationally? Will the laws which affect the transaction be different depending on which country you are shipping your products to? Are the laws different for physical goods versus intellectual property? What are the legal risks involved in direct marketing of your products versus selling them through an existing electronic commerce websites such as eBay or Amazon? Evaluate the applicability of the U.S. law in these situations and provide and explanation of your findings to the above proposed questions.
