In the past few years, laws have been passed in some states allowing for the medicinal use of marijuana for pain control in chronically ill patients. What are the laws in your state? (FLORIDA) How do they compare to Colorado? If you were in charge of approving medicinal marijuana, how would you determine who should be included? In your opinion, is pain control a legitimate reason to use marijuana? How does medicinal marijuana differ from prescription pain medication? In your opinion, should marijuana use (not just medicinal) be legal? Why or why not?
