Problem: What are the known threats that IPv6 tunneling present when used on an IPv4 network, and what are the steps can be taken to mitigate these threats? Research the RFC for IPv6 to find out when it was first proposed (be sure to comment on the timeline), when was its implementation begun, and where does its implementation stand today? Why do you think IPv4 is still the prevalent protocol being used despite the known problems and threats it currently presents? Does IPv6 resolve these threats?
