Problem: How is your overall health (Physical &Mental)? What are the indicators of good health you see present in your everyday life? What are the indicators of bad health? What health habits do you have that you are proud of? What health habits do you want to introduce? (This next part here will be the focus in subsequent journals) Identify 2-3 problem areas for yourself. These good be things you want to stop doing or reduce or new behaviors you want to learn in order to improve your overall well being. How did these deficiencies arise and what would you need to do to correct them? What are you currently doing to get there?
