For this, use the nursing practice problem (In nursing shortage what are the effect of patient care, patient safety, and nurse to patient ratios compared to adequate nursing staff within the hospital setting in one year?) and two qualitative peer-reviewed research articles. One article is found at https://www.scirp.org/pdf/OJN_2017092114394249.pdf. I need one more qualitative research article that has been published in the last 5 years that relates to the nursing shortage and its affect on patient safety. In a 1,000 to 1,250 words essay, summarize the two qualitative studies.
Cite a minimum of three peer-reviewed sources. Sources must be published within the last 5 years, appropriate for the assignment criteria, and relevant to nursing practice.

• State one benefit and one limitation of each method you have identified.

• Summarize the key findings of each study in one or two comprehensive paragraphs.
• What are the implications of the two studies in nursing practice?
5. Ethical Considerations
• Discuss two ethical considerations in conducting research.
• Describe how the researchers in the two articles you choose took these ethical considerations into account while performing their research.
6. Conclusion
• Your conclusion should summarize the main points in the essay, including a varied restatement of the thesis.
