Read the attached excerpt from the 2004 Testimony before the Joint Economic Committee, U.S. Congress by Gregory Mankiw, Kristin Forbes, and Harvey Rosen, and two articles, "Democrats Criticize Bush Over Job Exports" from the NYT by Edmund Andrews and "Some Democratic Economists Echo Mankiw on Outsourcing" from the WSJ by Bob Davis.
Consider answering the following questions in your report: According to Mankiw, what are the impacts of outsourcing and what should the government do?
